All these weird stuff on eBay are actually being put up for auction and believe it or not, they are actually selling. Not everything put up can sell, but you never know what can sell and what can not. Sometimes one person will put weird stuff and it won't sell, but later on someone else puts up similar weird stuff and they make a killing from it.
These eBay auctions are so unpredictable when it comes to these weird stuff. Maybe you should try listing an auction on ebay selling something weird. Who knows, you might hit the jackpot with an Elvis shaped potato chipped or something.
One thing we know for sure is that if you come up with something clever, your weird stuff just might sell and make the news.
